About Us

Steph Thomas

Steph’s journey started with the common questions; “How can I overcome anxiety, self-doubt and ruminating thoughts? What are the patterns that no longer serve me? How can I enjoy the simple moments and be fully present?”

These questions drew Steph to the path of the mind-body connection and the science behind how we work.

After years of practicing and trying various methods, exercises and techniques, and formally studying yoga, mindfulness, meditation and CBT, Steph has found methods that have proven to make profound impacts.

Graduated from the UPCH Cayetano Heredia University in Lima, Expert in Mindfulness in Health Contexts from the Complutense University of Madrid. Certified in Mindfulness-based psychotherapy (Institute for Meditation and Psychotherapy, USA) Advance Trauma- Sensitive Mindfulness Training for Practitioners (TSM, USA), Certification for teaching Mindfulness in the Workplace (Oxford Mindfulness Center). Specialist in Psychopedagogy with extensive experience in designing educational and communication programs based on experiential learning, agile methodologies both in person and online.
