Buddhist teachings and philosophy, and break it down bit by bit. Easy to understand, discuss, and most importantly,
how to apply it to real life. That is where the magic happens.
Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT/MBSR)

Looking for a more formal in-depth dive into your own mind, patterns, and self-limiting beliefs? These practices can be eye opening and help create real change in your day to day life. Come with your own goals, an open mind, and get ready to make a change. Small groups provide support, accountability, and a chance to connect with others on a similar journey.
